I am 5 ft 165.5 lbs. Way over weight in my opinion. I would love love love to get down to 115 lbs before February of 2019. Until probably the beginning of April I will just be just working out at home and eating less, cutting out sweets, and not drinking anything but water. And after April Ill go to the gym 5x a week and start consuming 1200 calories and cut out breads and pasta. I would love to have someone share their photos and their progress with me!
