Is it happening again?

I miscarried my first pregnancy in July. I went in for my first appointment at 9 weeks and baby was measuring at 6 weeks with no heartbeat.

I’ll be 6 weeks tomorrow, and I’ve begun passing tiny pieces of what I believe is tissue in my urine. I have not had any bleeding, but I also haven’t been nauseous in the last couple of days. I am so disheartened and sad. I know it could be nothing, but I am having the hardest time staying positive. I’ll make an appointment if it continues, but my first appointment is scheduled for week and a half from now. Send good vibes.
