Back pain
What do you ladies do for lower back pain? I've had a severe backache since I woke up this morning and nothing has helped. I've tried Tylenol, a heating pad, a warm bath, ice, laying down and resting and absolutely nothing has helped. I'm not sure if my back just hurts so bad because baby girl is so low or what but I'm miserable and need this pain to at least ease up some.
