2nd period off the pill and it’s 3 days late

I took the pill for 10 years and this would have been my second period off the pill. First period off came exactly when the app predicted. Period was a little heavier than when I was on the pill but normal. I was supposed to start my period on 11/23 but still nothing. Breasts are SUPER sore and I’m irritable. No back pain like I usually get a day or two before my period. Took a test this morning and it’s a hard negative. We’ve been using condoms (NOT TTC) and have been very careful. Could this just be my cycle trying to regulate after being on the pill for so long? I plan to take another test 7 days after my missed period if it still doesn’t come. Please ease my mind, not being on artificial hormones is all new to me.
