NARS Tinted Moisturizer
It looks great when I️ first put it on. It matches my neck & color. The maybe like 2 hrs later, I️ notice that my face doesn’t match my neck and it actually looks a bit orangey. Any idea why or how to stop this? I️ suck at basic makeup.
