Can someone explain this to me

My doctors did an ultrasound today they say they don't see anything but told me I might be four weeks and five days today. .. but now they saying they really don't know when exactly did I conceive because I found out i was pregnant way before I had a missed period they saying I could be way earlier than four weeks is that even possible if so please explain
