Can I get pregnant 7 days before my period?

The app is telling me I was suppose to get my period today but I didn’t. I had unprotected sex last Saturday and Sunday. Can I get pregnant 7 days before my period? I have really bad cramps n my breast are very sore which I always get before my period but I’m still worried.
