pregnant and vagina looks like it's bulging??

I'm 24 weeks preggers and today while shaving (using a mirror) I noticed my lady parts have rearranged and look bulgy to get into details... my clit has always been covered and now it's very exposed and it looked like my cervix and stuff was about fall out. But it's not my cervix O.o . when I put my hand down there I feel like this major ball almost like babies head is right in my vagina! started at 20 weeks and only progresses to enhance. baby is always super low like pelvic low.. Any ideas??
