Nuva ring fell out

I’ve been on the nuva ring for about three months now. Well Saturday, around 2 pm my boyfriend and I had sex and I guess I didn’t notice that my nuva ring fell out. He did ejaculate but he pulled out. I found my nuva ring about 8 hours later in my bed when I got home. I washed it off immediately and put it back in. I’m scheduled to take my ring out on Dec 3 so when the ring came out I was on the end of my 2nd week and when I found it and put it back in it would have been technically been the beginning of my 3rd week. I basically overthink everything so now I’m scared I could get pregnant, I tried to go get a plan b but everywhere in my town is sold out!! Should I be worri?😩😩😩
