Strange bleeding

Had my last period a week ago and I've been having quite dark bleeding that's more than just spotting (to the point I'd consider it light) with some red blood whenever I wipe for the last three days. A bit of nausea right now but I suppose that's from dinner last night? Currently on the copper IUD that was installed back in August. Maybe random bleeding from that? Also some cramping.

Any ideas please?
