Help me 😭 any advice?

I just had my baby 2 days ago and I’m not making any colostrum or milk at all.. the nurses squeezed my nipples pretty bad and only thing that happened was the tip of the nipple barely got a bit wet with colostrum.. they also told me it seemed I have inverted Nipples but that I could still manage feelings.. I kept trying and my baby would latch on and suck a few times but since nothing comes out he would get mad and start crying.. I eventually had to do formula because I didn’t want to starve him.. I’m really upset i don’t know what to do I tried massaging getting my tips wet with some colostrum but nothing more comes out and baby doesn’t latch on since he doesn’t taste anything.. now I’m at home and idk what to do.. I feel like I failed 😭😭😭 I really wanted to breastfeed him
