Is it possible to get ovulate and get pregnant immediately after miscarriage

I miscarried a little over a week ago needless to say we only waited a few days till I stopped bleeding well I’m taking a test today just cause idk why and I got a positive very faint do you think it’s from the previous pregnancy even though I was only 6 weeks along.
