IV sedation & local anesthesia while 4 weeks pregnant

I just got a positive test yesterday (yay!!!) But...i have all 4 wisdom teeth removal scheduled in 2 days. They are impacted so it needs to be a surgically done instead of just pulled. I'm supposed to be getting sedated along with local anesthetic for each tooth. I haven't even missed a period yet. The bottom ones are infected and hurt very bad. Since theres technically no fetus yet, is this going to be ok? Has anyone been sedated in the first trimester?
