Help! Freaked out--leaking pee or amniotic fluid?

Elana

Okay ladies, I'm a little freaked out! I'm 25 weeks, Ive been leaking a drop or two of pee everyday for a few weeks, just enough that I notice a little tiny wet spot in my underwear during the day but I'm DEFINITELY not soaking through, it's not enough to get a pad either I just change my undies and I'm good to go.

However YESTERDAY I had been having this sharp pain around my cervix--felt like the baby was punching me in the cervix and pressing on a nerve. It would last a split second and go away, and would happen throughout the day. I kept feeling off, like I had to pee, and I know the baby has been putting a LOT of pressure on my bladder lately. All of a sudden, I didn't feel like I had to pee at all, but a small gush of pee came out. Luckily I was close to the bathroom and when i wiped up it was yellow and did smell like pee, but I am terrified it's amniotic fluid.

Just now a day later I went to pee, finished peeing, and waited a second to wipe because a few drops leaks out a couple seconds after I pee pretty much always now. All of a sudden another small gush comes out! It was like I was peeing again. This time when I wiped, it was clear and didn't smell like pee...but I did just go literally five seconds before this happened.

I have an appointment on Wednesday that I plan on telling them everything that's going on, but I'm terrified it's amniotic fluid. I would call my hospitals advise nurse or email my doctor, but I called the advise nurse once for a tiny bug bite to see if I could use benedryl cream and thy basically told me I was dying and that I had to drop everything and go to the ER--and the ER literally laughed at me because I didn't need to go in. They scared the shit out of me I was crying all the way there, so I don't want to go through that again.

Is anyone else experiencing bladder incontinence/leaking? If I have NO other symptoms (pain, burning while peeing, uti symptoms, fever, ETC) is it probably okay to wait until Wednesday to tell them? Thank you in advance ladies I really need some peace of mind.
