How did you tell your OH you were expecting?

I text him to join me upstairs, but he said he wanted to finish the show he was watching. When he did come up, I made him sit on the bed, close his eyes and hold his hand out. I put the test in his hand. When he finally opened his eyes it took him a while to get what was going on. The look on his face was priceless :)

We had just moved into our home and we’re getting amazon boxes delivered all the time. He got home from work and I asked him if he had ordered a shirt from amazon and he said not that he could remember. So i told him the box was on the dinning room table and to check it out because maybe they made a mistake. When he opened the box I had a onesie that i wrote “you’re going to be a daddy” 
He just said omg and hugged and kissed me

I was so unexciting- yelled out ‘HUNNY ITS POSITIVE’ from the toilet hahaha

I ran into our room bawling while he was sleeping. He thought something was seriously wrong before he woke up and realized what was going on.

Since we were trying, he already knew when to expect AF. When the time came and she didn’t show, he said “you’re pregnant.” I told him to take it easy because she could just be late. So I waited three days and then went to Walmart (with him in tow) and bought a test. I had to make dinner for the kids when we got home so I didn’t take it right away. When I did decide to finally take it, he was waiting for me as I came out of the bathroom with a “well?” So I just handed it to him (it was the clear blue digital test) and he looked at it, smiled and said “told you.” Lol. This is our 4th baby but first planned so it’s been really fun going through everything with him. There was no fighting or disagreements about this baby like our other children. Lol. I wish I could have surprised him in another way but he wouldn’t let me breath. Lol
