My fiancé and I have been trying to start a family for over 3 years

My fiancé and I have been trying to start a family for over 3 years. Earlier this year we had fertility tests which revealed that OH had really poor sperm (count, motility). We were offered IVF with ICSI and told our chances of conceiving naturally were slim to none. It was a lot to take in and I wasn’t ready to jump into IVF. We decided to take a break and just look forward to our upcoming wedding. On the 18th November I felt awfully dizzy and achy. I went to the drs who said it was likely a virus. My OH said out of nowhere “your pregnant”! I thought he was mad. I tested on the 20th and got faint lines. I was in total disbelief. We then got a BFP on a digital! It still hasn’t sunk in yet but I feel incredibly blessed! Hoping desperately for a healthy 9 months and for our miracle baby to arrive 3rd August ❤️
