Implanation or (second) period.

So the beginning of this month, I noticed blood on the toilet paper when I would wipe. This lasted I think 3 days. This happened to me the beginning of last month, too. I got my period October 19th - 24th. So I should've gotten my period again by now, but haven't. I've broken out and had cramps and bloating like I normally do with a period, but no bleeding. Other than my gums when I brush my teeth! Lol. They bled for 3 days this past week. I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative. What do y'all think? Did I test too soon? Or are my periods just fucked up? :(
