When will I ovulate?

I had surgery in August for endometriosis. It took six weeks for me to get my first period after that.

Next period came on time.

The next period was my last one and it was ten days late.

My boyfriend and I are TTC but it is hard to know when I’ll ovulate because my periods are so irregular. I had a doctor appt today with my OBGYN and he isn’t very helpful so I’m switching doctors.

What is the best advice for predicting the most fertile window? I’ve never had EWCM like I see some women on here have so it’s hard to tell for me.
