cd 29 still no af?

hi ladies! im on cd 29 still no af. i have had 29 day cycles 2 times this year i normally range 25-27 with spotting. well ive had no spotting no af. me and husband are not ttc but not preventing so i dont chart or anything well i decided to check my cervix which im still unsure of but its really soft and i checked laying down and can reach it but if i sit on side on toilet to check its hard to reach. can someone help is this normal before af? thanks
