I don't know if I should take the plan b???

I posted earlier but I don't think it was clear enough what my question was.

This is super embarrassing and TMI so I'm sorry.

I am on the birth control pill and i take it at the same time every single day.

For the first time like, ever I let my so cum inside of me last night.

Here comes the TMI. I have had diarrhea today. I know that this can affect birth control and how well it works. I took my birth control at 7 last night and had diarrhea like 3 hours ago.

I just took my pill again because it was time to, 7 pm every night.

Sperm can live in the female body for days. I trust my birth control, but I'm still concerned.

I know that there's no way to REALLY know but I'm considering the plan b and don't know if that is truly necessary. Plus it will just screw my hormones up.
