Freaking out 😭

So I got my bfp on Monday . I hadn't made an appointment with my doctor because the test were light and I wanted to make sure I got a soild positive (I've taken like 15 test ) well here I am 4 days late still getting a bfp & I get light bleeding 😭😭 this is my first baby I'm freaking out so I went to the hospital .. Pee tests were neg but the blood test came back at a 40 and they couldn't tell me much else besides " go see your doctor you might be losing your baby " & " I don't know what's going on " 😑😩& now I'm terrified I'm losing my baby !!
