To anyone who says every other day is best...

Which way is best to plan during the fertile week...

-Every other day meaning the day before a positive opk and the day after

-Trying to skip the day before O day and BD that day and skip the day after

-Wait for a positive opk and BD just that day

OR

-BD just the day (12-36 hours after) a positive opk

I’m finding it hard to believe every other day is best (I know sperm wise it makes sense) but if we don’t BD every day of my fertile window how do we get the best chance?
