Don’t know what’s happening

So ive been cramping off and on for three weeks now . I thought it was a uti because of the pressure and constant urination so I got tested for it , negative urine sample. The cramps got worse and felt like my period that was suppose to start nov 22. I go to the dr because the cramping was still constant , they did another urine sample for uti , also did a cervix swab for std and a preg test all negative .i still have been now mild cramping and am 5 days past my supposed to be period. I took two test today and they came back negative. Ivebeen weaning my 17 month old off the breast for 2 months ( got down to 1-2 feedings a day and barely producing milk , she Was mainly sucking for comfort ) and completely stopped 3 weeks Ago. Could that be the reason I missed my period this month ? The stopping of the breastfeeding ?? Anyone have any ideas? Should I test again in a few days if there’s still no period . Oh and my boobs are getting sore too . Hmmm
