How to get rid of the infection and fast 🤮

Guys I’ve had these piercings since March 2017 and then I got these balls a bit later maybe like 3-4 months later and I’ve had them ever since . What’s the best thing to use to get rid of them and go continue to clean my ear with ?

The first time I got them pierced the piercer told me not to clean them with anything just run my ear under hot water every night . Now I’m using Sea Salt with hot water or Tea Tree Oil and hot water .

I need help :(
