freaking stumped!

I need help Mama's!! My SO and I have been together for 6 years and his birthday falls on Christmas eve. We always go out for his favorite dinner but I'm needing some ideas for a good gift this year. I want to make it special because this is the last birthday between just us, as I am 17w pregnant. I am willing up to spending as much as 130-150 on a gift but I don't wanna do the same old cliche thing. I am just stumped this year and am in need of some serious assistance!! Any of you ladies have some nifty ideas? TIA!!
