Bleeding

Out of nowhere I got some period like cramps (I am 7weeks 1 day) and I went to the bathroom and wiped and there was red blood. Very very little went on my panty liner but it’s mainly only when I wipe. I have been fine otherwise and this has come out of nowhere. I have an appointment with my doc tomorrow at 6pm. I’m so worried now as everything has been completely fine up until now. Help!!

**Update: messaged my doctor at 2am and she replied saying to come see her first thing when she starts tomorrow at noon. Wish me luck! Freaking out :(

*** UPDATE: bleeding has stopped and I have a bit of diahrea now. Off to the docs in 3 hours and so anxious :(
