PLEASE HELP

Okay so i wear a uniform and i got my belly button pierced and my uniform had pressed my belly button ring into my stomach and idk how to get it out

UPDATE-

Thank you guys for all the advice , i did thankfully get it out . It kept trying to go back in there so occasionally i had to push the bottom up and after a while the skin went back down to where it couldn’t get under there again.

also , i believe they pierced it a little too high and maybe off centered , but the off center might just be how i’m laying .
