Discussing TTC with IRL friends

I feel like talking about my TTC with my IRL friends is really tricky. Most of my girlfriends are at different points in their lives and I don't want to create resentments or jealousy or even expectations on myself. That's why I'm really glad these forums are here. I was honest with all my friends about wanting to start a family, but ever since I actually had the IUD taken out, I haven't told anyone outside of my doctors and my husband. What about you ladies? (Btw, I'm 37 and trying for #1!)
