Boy names to go with last name Parrillo?

No idea if baby is a boy or girl so I’ve got to cover my bases. All I have now is Ariana Rose Parrillo for a girl. Haven’t fallen in love with any boy names. We liked Lorenzo Michael for a day but not in love with it. Daddy’s name is Michael Francis and I may default to that if I can’t come up with anything else because I think it’s beautiful but I was trying to avoid a JR. Situation. I know it’s not always the best being someone’s junior some kids Rebel against it.
