Pumping/latch issues

So I just had my baby november 23rd I tried breastfeeding her for the first 3 days she would nurse for an hour every 15-30 min she was starving screaming, I finally gave in and gave her formula. Her latch isn’t right she only latches to the end of my nipple which bruised, cracked and blistered them. So I decided to pump how much milk should I be producing at 5days? Iv been getting between 1 1/2oz to 2oz between each boob. Is this a low supply at this point? Also if you have any advice on trying to get her to latch properly please help!
