6 days past Ovidrel

Update: I still have cramps and forgot to mention I have white kinda creamy discharge since yesterday

So I know the trigger shot gives a false positive, I decided to test it out tonight being that I haven’t seen a positive test in so long and I wanted to mess with my own emotions. Anyway, it was negative. Could it have left my body after 6 days? Also, I’ve developed cramps this evening and have somewhat sore boobs. Ovidrel symptoms? But if I no longer have it in me it wouldn’t be Ovidrel symptoms, right? Or am I pmsing already? Help!
