20 wks clots and bleeding

Ugh ladies I am getting so frustrated with my body. I have a low lying placenta (possible previa, they couldn't get a good image) and a hemorrhage. I started spotting at 17wks, then passed a clot and had bleeding at 18wks, bleeding again at 19wks, bleeding again at 20wks (every Sunday like clockwork). Tonight I passed another clot, much bigger this time. Probably about 4.5x1inch and one smaller one at the same time. No cramping. No pain. But soaked a pad tonight for the first time. The other times it's mostly gone into the toilet. I've been on modern bed rest for 2 weeks, not sure it's doing much good really. Just feeling so frustrated that I keep having these bleeds. Baby has been fine so far but I just get so worried that he won't make it one of these days. Feels like forever to wait another minimum 4 weeks. Even then he is barely viable. I was dealing well until tonight. Feeling stressed. Tell me some of you mommies have good news stories for me!
