am I crazy??

so my husband and I just found out we are pregnant with our 3rd baby, but last month I had a miscarriage. so now I am terrified to have sex with my husband until I know the baby is in there until I'm ready to deliver. I'm scared that if we have sex it's going to cause me to start bleeding, or to miscarry again! I am terrified to even pee and wipe, I don't want to feel that heartache of seeing blood again! I don't know how to get over this fear! I just want to be in the safe zone. 🙁😭
