Pcos but early pregnancy signs?

Hey everyone

I was diagnosed with pcos 5 months ago and put on metformin and birth control in all honesty I stopped metformin about 2 months ago and haven’t really been taking my birth control properly for 2 and a half months

About 2 weeks or so ago me and my partner were just going at it all the time and I was also ovulating but we didn’t think much since pcos makes it a bit more difficult to fall pregnant ( we aren’t trying ) fast forward now when I’m meant to get my period in the next week or so and my breasts are absolutely killing me which has never happened . I’m having to use ice packs on them and all ... there’s also been a few other odd things lately and even my partner has noticed

Any chance I can be pregnant ? Do symptoms even show up this early on ?
