Clomid or Inositol!? Just prescribed Chlomid for the first time and feeling so overwhelmed!

I started taking Inositol about a weak ago to help me start to ovulate, plus hopefully easing some other symptoms. However, my doctor proscribed me Chlomid today to stimulate ovulation. I'm feeling a bit confused and regretting that I forgot to talk to my doctor about Inositol today. Now I'm confused and not sure which I do! Should I give it a month to see if the Inositol works and try Clomid on the next cycle or should I start taking the Clomid this cycle? Should I take both!? Hellpppp! I'd love some advice/ experiences!
