32w3d and miserable

So I have a 16yo, and a recent 1 yo, I am currently 32w3d and am MISERABLE....

I have GERD

pregnancy Severe SPD

pregnancy Severe Carpal Tunnel

pregnancy Insomnia

Skin sensitivity

Hemorrhoids

Yeast Infection

Shortness of breath

Anxiety

Fatigue

I can't sleep on my right because of heartburn, spd and the carpal tunnel. I can't sleep on my left because of the spd, and carpal tunnel. I can't sleep on my back because on the carpal tunnel, shortness of breath, heartburn, and hemorrhoids.

I'm exhausted and NOTHING is helping.... I have an appointment tomorrow morning. Praying for SOME comfort.....
