PPROM and no fluid 20 weeks

So at my anatomy scan today we discovered that my bad of waters broke a few weeks ago. Baby boy has very little fluid. There is nothing they can do until 23 weeks so I have to wait at home for 3 weeks then be hospitalized until I deliver. They won’t let me go passed 34 weeks because the baby and I are not both at an increased risk for infection. If at any time until then i develop a fever they will deliver him immediately:(

Does anyone have any stories of a pregnancy like this? Good and bad.. I am terrified.
