Sneezing

So with my son when I would sneeze it would hurt occasionally on one side or another. The same thing with my miscarriage in March. I just sneezed though, and it felt like a full blown contraction from my left ovary to my right. My entire lower abdomen cramped all the way across and I yelled out in pain. Wtf is that about? I'm already concerned about having another miscarriage and this makes me more concerned. I'm only 5 weeks 5 days.
