Losing belly fat
What do you use to help motivate you? I'm overweight ... In the mid section. The weight goes nowhere else, so I'm not proportioned right. I can't seem to motivate myself. I feel like I'm always busy with no time to really focus on exercise. Even when I did it every day, I lost hardly anything and become discouraged even more. Help. Need motivation. Hate looking in the mirror. 😩
