Diet for Endometriosis
Does anyone have experience with modifying their diet to help ease their endometriosis symptoms?
I’m researching, and it seems so daunting. I already avoid caffeine, dairy, and red meat. So I’m left with cutting out gluten/wheat and sugar.
Has anyone done this and seen an improvement? I have pain every day, it’s definitely impacting my life.
