If I’m 7 days late for my expected period (that it always on time); should I start to worry? 
Starting to stress out a little and needing some honest opinions
After being now over a week late for my period I decided to take pregnancy test .. results posted below .. period still not here

Just take a test. If you didn’t do anything to prevent a pregnancy then obviously yes, you could be pregnant.

If you have tested and you get a negative you are probably just skipping.
Sometimes you just skip periods. 🤷🏻‍♀️Stress, hormone fluctuations, illness, medication, changes in diet, can all affect when we get our period, for how long, and how heavy the flow. When my husband deployed I skipped my period for four months in a row just due to stress. My doctor said not to worry unless I skipped five months without spotting between or I've had unprotected sex and think I am pregnant.
