What is the best way to cook chicken breast?

.... 👆🏻 question above. Food novice here, and I'd really like to make a tender flavorful, NOT DRY, chicken breast for dinner tonight. Any tips?

Inject them with chicken broth/stock before cooking. (Baking or grilling) Cook them just until the internal temp is 155 and cover them with foil, because they only need to be 165 and they will continue to cook a few minutes once taken away from the heat. My husband smokes them on his smoker! Holy cow! Juicy and delicious!

Really tho, the biggest issue is that people over cook them. They shouldn't get HOTTER on the inside than 165. Then they start drying out. As for seasoning, that's a personal preference. Sometimes just a little olive oil and S&P; are yummy! Experiment with that part. 😘

I second the brine idea.    I soak my chicken in salted milk for minimum 1 hour before I cook. But I try to make it overnight when I can.        then season like normal. and bake , cook in a skillet or slow cook
