Complicated Relationship??

So i was dating this guy, and we only dated for 11 days and he broke up with me. then a few days after he told me he still has feelings for me...but he ignores all communication with me. Then after a week or two, he comes up to me out of the blue and hugs me and repeatedly said sorry? then he ignored me again. And then yesterday my friend told him i still liked him, and asked if he still liked me and he said "its complicated." and today i found out he has a new girlfriend....and i am so upset and confused...please help?
