Primrose oil, Red Raspberry Leaf and a yoga ball?

Can someone please tell me how to do all this? I’ll be 35 weeks on Tuesday and I will start using all these starting then. I go way past my due date so I’m staring at 35 weeks. I know it doesn’t induce labor, but it does help. Thank you ☺️

The tea i drink a glass in the morning and a glass at night. It’s not my fave so i made an iced tea out of it with a good amount of lemon juice, and some stevia. The yoga ball you just bounce on and roll your hips on for 30 minutes to an hour (it also helps with back and hip pain which is nice). I would talk to your OB about the primrose oil though, I’m starting suppositories on week 37 and taking them orally week 36.
