TTC after amenorrhea...

Fiance and I want another baby.I have 3(several miscarriages before getting DD and twin DS),he has 2 with his ex wife.I had my ID removed in May2017,a and have been trying since.AF has been erratic.I had been bleeding for months,vaginal u/s revealed a ovarian cyst on each ovary in June2017.September2017 I had a follow up u/s,which revealed the cyst had grown,as well as a my endometrium measuring 17mm thick.I had chromotubation,a D&C;,a hysteroscopy,and scopes of my ovaries done on 11/6/2017.We weren't so patient,and didnt wait until my follow up appointment on 11/28/2017,had sex on 11/19/2017.AF has not returned yet,and I have been super nauseous a few times this week.I took a test about minutes 20 ago,and it was negative😞.OB/GYN says he saw nothing that would prevent pregnancy,but if I'm not pg in 6 months,will start looking into it again.I just turned 34,Im getting so. discouraged
