Am I seeing things?

I waited the 3 mins that felt like 3 hours, and checked only to see the painfully familiar sight of a lonely control line. A couple of hours later I looked again (because I love to torture myself) and I swear a positive line has faintly appeared. I’ve been a bit baby crazy for a few years now but surely the crazy hasn’t turned to full blown hallucinations. Am I crazy?
