1 hour after 1st bite or 1 hour after last bite ?
I guess I was doing it all wrong ????? I was testing 1 hour after last bite. What did ur doc tell you because I'm seeing diff things online and I'm confused ???? Now I'm worried my #s will be higher. #s always in range after eating normal. Just got meal plan so will see how the are looking now 😪😪😪😪
