21 weeks and I think I lost some of my mucus plug
Just went to the restroom and had a pretty lard chunk of CM that was kind of gummy, like a super slimy solid. Maybe the size of a 50c coin.
Haven’t had any issues aside from a little lower back pain.
Should I be on my toes about this or is it normal?
