Anyone have Vaginismus? Endo too?

Question

where do I start for treatment? how do they even diagnose this besides taking my word sex hurts and speculums hurt? Also how do I know it's not just Endo because I have many symptoms of that. I know a lot of women have both.

With vaginimus they can tell during a pap exam as you'll probably have an involuntary muscle movement. To treat it they give you plastic dialators in different sizes to interest usually each day to get practice. With endo I think they can see by ultrasound
