Cramping and nausea
Good morning ladies!!!
I am looking for some honest accounts of symptoms at around 6 weeks. I had a MC in Feb, and I will be 6 weeks tomorrow. My breasts have been pretty sore lately. However this morning the cramping seems to be different than I've had the last couple weeks. I don't have any spotting but I am also feeling nauseous. Anyone else have cramps with nausea? I'm terrified I'm losing this baby, too😢
